From scattered inputs to working systems

One system. More customers. Less manual work.

We design and build custom websites, automation, and digital products for growing companies and founders — when off-the-shelf tools are not enough.

A written approach, timeline, and budget range. No sales call unless you request one.

Bots & Automation

How we turn an incoming request into a sequence of automated actions — a demonstration of our approach, not a client case.

What we build

Three things we build — and what's inside each.

Ongoing

Support & improvements

Keep your site or system working and improving — updates, new features, fixes, and changes as your business changes. On what we've built, or a site you already have. Monthly, or one job at a time.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us the goal — we'll recommend the smallest build that solves it, in writing, within 2 business days.

The studio

What looks simple
has to be designed that way.

We build the structure behind the experience. The clean screen your customer sees is the last thing we make — first come the customer journey, the business rules, the data, and the integrations that make it work. That hidden system is what we design and engineer, so the surface stays simple while everything underneath carries the load.

Simplicity is built.

A clean 'Complete' screen; beneath its surface, the system that makes it work — experience, logic, data and integration layers.

Structure hides in the shadow.

How we work

No surprises. Here's how it works.

  1. We scope it — you approveYou just say the goal

You tell us what you want. We turn it into a clear scope, the functionality, and a budget — and hand it to you to approve before any code is written. You decide what you want; defining how is on us.

First written estimate within 2 business days.

  2. Working checkpointsReviewable stages

The project is divided into visible stages. Each stage ends with something you can review, test, or approve — a structure and prototype for a website, a working module for a product, a flow diagram and test run for automation.

  3. No silent scope changesWritten approval

Additional work does not begin without written approval. Changes, extra features, timelines and cost are agreed before they happen.

  4. You own the resultFull handover

Source files, access credentials, code, and documentation are transferred to you.

30-day post-launch stabilization. During that window or active support, critical production issues are acknowledged within 4 business hours.

FAQ

What you should know before we start.

How much does a typical project cost?

You always get a written price range before we build anything. Rough starting points: a website from $3,500 — a few pages, forms and analytics; more for a store, booking or payments. Automation from $7,500 — connecting 2–3 tools and one workflow; more for OCR, many integrations or heavy logic. A custom product from $20,000 for a first working version; it grows with web/mobile, user roles and custom logic. The exact number is tied to what's included and fixed in writing after a short brief.

How long will the project take?

Most projects run 3–16 weeks depending on the outcome — websites 3–8 weeks, automation 4–10 weeks, products 8–16 weeks. We confirm a timeline with the initial estimate and split the work into reviewable stages.

What do you need from us before starting?

A short description of the goal, your current situation, and any existing website, systems or accounts. That's enough for a first written estimate; we request anything else as the scope becomes clear.

What happens if the scope changes?

Nothing extra starts without your written approval. New features, timelines and cost are agreed before the work happens — no silent additions.

Who owns the code, design files, and accounts?

You do. Source files, code, design files, access credentials and documentation are transferred to you at handover.

Can you work with our existing website or systems?

Yes. We can build on or connect to an existing website, CRM, spreadsheets, payments and other tools rather than replacing everything.

What happens after launch?

We hand over full access and documentation. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch stabilization period, and you can continue with ongoing support or manage it yourself.

Do we need a call before receiving an estimate?

No. Send the brief and we reply by email with a direction, timeline and budget range. A call happens only if you ask for one.
